The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in coordinating design and execution of piling, excavation, utilities, roads, bridges, and other scopes associated with civil infrastructure projects. You will support the Project Manager in ensuring that all shaft-related project activities are executed efficiently and within the specified timelines and budgets.What You’ll Do HereCollaborate with design teams to ensure shaft designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirementsOversee piling and excavation activities related to shaft construction, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project plansCoordinate the installation and relocation of utilities, including water, gas, and electrical systems, in relation to shaft projectsAssist in the planning and execution of road and bridge construction projects, ensuring integration with shaft structuresMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports specific to shaft projectsServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, regarding shaft projectsEnsure that all project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are allocated efficiently for shaft constructionIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Project ManagerMonitor shaft construction activities to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues that arise promptlyWhat You Bring To The TeamBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within the civil infrastructure sector, with a focus on shafts and/or deep excavation, shoring and structural worksProficiency in project management software and toolsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentFamiliarity with permit processes and regulatory complianceStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExperience with industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera)Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAecon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
