Our SaaS product is a critical part of the financial assurance ecosystem and being part of our development team will ensure our clients get the results they need from our data ingestion, machine learning, visualization, and workflow subsystems. In this role, you will : Work within the Product Development team to plan, schedule and manage all development or design deliveries for direct reports. Coordinate information flow between teams and direct reports while ensuring Executive Management alignment and engagement. Interface with Product Management, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to evaluate and scope new projects, features, proof of concepts and use cases for additional streams of revenue. Deliver development and design progress updates and product demonstrations to Executive Management. Provide direct, honest and objective feedback to direct reports on a regular basis. Work with Human Resources and Executive Management on direct report salary setting and adjustments. Responsible for direct report performance, goal setting, evaluation and achievement. Assist direct reports with planning, building and achieving short term career goals. Help to build and foster a positive team and department wide culture, leading by example with a professional work ethic and positive attitude. Requirements Skills & Requirements Highly effective communicator. High degree of organizational skills. Experience planning, scheduling and managing features and projects. Experience organizing, prioritizing and management of individual task assignments. Experience leading teams, delivering team and individual feedback and direction. Experience guiding, mentoring and assisting direct reports with career input and choices. Additional knowledge in the following are preferred : Software Development experience. User Interface Design and interaction experience (UI / UX). Software design and development lifecycle. Financial accounting terms and processes. Knowledge of version control tools like Git or equivalent. Understanding of software development life-cycle.
