Today, we have a place for those who have a marked taste for thinking up exceptional products, for ensuring the smooth running of operations, for putting their ingenuity at the service of their team, in addition to contributing to enhancing their expertise and develop practices unique to Cirque du SoleilAs a coordinator within the Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Cirque du Soleil's operations by optimizing the adoption of our procurement policy and travel program. Your primary objectives will be to assist our procurement team, specifically our Travel Senior Advisor in promoting and reinforcing these initiatives.Working closely with our team’s advisors to support the operations related to procurement, including business and group travel;Monitoring and auditing the performance of the agreements in place;Preparing reports and presentations of our spend and buying trends;Creating purchase orders to support the requests of the touring shows and other teams;Monitoring the relationship with suppliers, including the billing and payment process;Participating in administrative tasks related to procurement and travel (including but not limited to concur administration and customer service);Supporting the Travel Senior Advisor in the sourcing of lodging and other services’ suppliers (market research, benchmarking, preparing and conducting Requests for proposals, analyzing the offers and making recommendations);Preparing and broadcasting communications regarding the procurement and travel policies.A minimum of three years of relevant experience in procurement and/or travel management;Strong knowledge of Excel;Experience with Concur and/or Serrala and SAP S4;Knowledge of billing and payment processes, an asset;Strong proficiency in French and English and excellent communication skills;An inclusive hybrid work mode based on team experience and flexible working hours.Access to an individual office on the days you come to the Montreal Studio, a stimulating environment that will allow you to put all your creativity to good use.Professional growth focused on high quality projects to propel your career.Personalized support adapted to your professional ambitions: training program, regular check-ins, inter-team contribution.
