Across Canada, we operate over 350 clinics united behind one simple vision: “To help more people hear better.” Client Service Administrator Are you a customer service expert that enjoys making connections, solving problems, and helping more people hear better? Join a team that values client-centered care and transforms hearing journeys. How You’ll Make an Impact Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering top‑notch customer care. Greet clients, manage inbound phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Schedule and coordinate clinician appointments to support smooth clinic operations. Maintain a welcoming clinic environment: organize waiting areas and ensure supplies are stocked. Assist clinicians with administrative tasks, including file maintenance, stock orders, and basic hearing‑aid care. Process payments, track insurance claims, manage accounts receivable, and maintain inventory for financial operations. What You Bring Bilingual in French and English. Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with Microsoft Excel.
