Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire.Communication Skills :You have knowledge of customer service standards and are able to interact with clients in crisis.You can prepare effective written correspondence.You are able to work in a team and build effective client relationships.Analytical, Reasoning and Problem-Solving Skills :You are able to quickly identify needs of clients.You are able to respond to inquiries and complaints.You have experience reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy.Other Essential Skills :You can learn and explain legislation, policies and procedures.You demonstrate judgment and analytical skills in identifying when to refer matters to other staff.You are able to determine priorities in a high-volume environment.Administrative Skills :You have demonstrated experience in providing administrative support.You are proficient with computers and office software (e.g. Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).You can use general office equipment.Additional InformationCategory : Administrative and Support ServicesYou must apply online by visiting www.ontario.ca / careers .
