About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide professional leadership and coordination in the development, implementation, and administration of total rewards, including job classification and compensation program modernization.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize hiring and employee retention through analysis of remuneration packages and position responsibilities.
- Develop and recommend compensation structures for base and incentive pay that align with industry trends and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, business leaders, and employees to gather insights, address concerns, and drive alignment on compensation strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on day-to-day compensation issues, policy interpretation, and creative problem resolution.
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation analysis and design.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is required.
- Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is considered an asset.
