Join to apply for the CBT Psychotherapist role at Homewood Health CentreHomewood Health is actively seeking registered mental health professionals interested in providing service in person on an occasional, contract basis for our Homewood Health Enhanced Mental Health Care Program in the Winnipeg, Manitoba area.OverviewHomewood Health is actively seeking registered mental health professionals interested in providing service in person on an occasional, contract basis for our Homewood Health Enhanced Mental Health Care Program in the Winnipeg, Manitoba area.ResponsibilitiesUtilize solution-focused, CBT, and DBT approaches to provide treatment focused on depression, anxiety, trauma or substance use related concernsDevelop treatment plans and monitor client progress throughout treatment with the use of our Measurement-Based Care platformAdhere to professional standards and best practicesEngage in clinical consultation with the clinical management team as requiredQualificationsA minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related fieldRegistration or clinical membership with relevant governing body with ability to delivery Psychotherapy services in your province of practice3 to 5 years clinical counselling experience post Master’s degreeExperience in Trauma/PTSD counselling, including working with First Responder populations is a strong assetSpecialized training and/or experience working with First Responder populations is a strong assetProfessional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by Homewood HealthProficiency to provide counselling services in either English or French is requiredAbility to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)Why work with usWe are driven by our values and are passionate about improving lives.
