**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and intake evaluations for clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.
- Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Crisis Intervention techniques.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
- Offer specialized counseling services for children, families, and individuals dealing with grief, PTSD, addiction, and developmental disabilities.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and manage medical records effectively.
- Engage in crisis management and behavior management strategies to support clients in acute distress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and case management.
- Provide telehealth services to clients as required, ensuring accessibility to mental health resources.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with appropriate licensure (CCPA).
- Experience working with children and families in clinical settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities including but not limited to CBT, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and crisis intervention techniques.
- Knowledge of special education needs, geriatrics, chronic pain counseling, and working with individuals on the autism spectrum is beneficial.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, case management, and direct support services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
