Store Sales Associate – Crocs Vietnam Requisition ID: 10889. Location: Leduc, AB, CA, T9E 1J5. Time in Office: Onsite. What You’ll Do Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model. Proactively contribute to a team environment that is enjoyable, sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs values. Learn and assist in various store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management. Support team members in daily retail operations: POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs, store cleanliness and recovery standards. Lead by example and work with Store Leadership to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques. Follow Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance. What You Bring Must be 16 years or older. Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, long hours) with regular attendance, in accordance with all minor work rules as applicable. Desire to succeed in a high‑growth, fast‑paced retail environment. Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment from backroom to sales floor daily. Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks daily. Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily. Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance daily. Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for the duration of a shift and continuously move around all areas of the store daily. Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and key information into the computer daily. Payment Range: $13.00 – $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience, geographic area, and applicable state law.
