**Overview**
Front-end associate involves interacting directly with customers at the point of sale and ensuring a positive experience. These roles often include tasks like greeting customers, processing transactions, handling returns, maintaining the checkout area, and aiding with purchases. In addition, front-end staff may be responsible for stocking shelves, managing inventory, and answering customer inquiries.

Customer Service:

- **Greeting customers**: Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- **Answering phones**: Directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- **Assisting with purchases**: Helping customers find items, answering questions about products, and processing transactions.
- **Handling returns and exchanges**: Following store procedures for processing returns and exchanges.
- **Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area**: Ensuring the register area is tidy and presentable.
- **Providing excellent service**: Ensuring customers have positive and efficient checkout experiences.

Operational Tasks:

- **Processing Online orders and payments**: including Amazon and web orders including handling cash and other forms of payment and providing change and receipts.
- **Stocking shelves and displays**: Ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- **Managing inventory**: Keeping track of stock levels and assisting with restocking.
- **Ensuring the front-end area is well-maintained**: Keeping the area clean, organized, and presentable.
- **Following store policies and procedures**: Adhering to guidelines for handling cash, processing returns, and other tasks.
- **Shipping and receiving**: Use courier/freight companies to ship out parts and receive vendor purchase orders.
- **Utilizing a forklift and overhead crane**: Assisting in loading/unloading customer machines.
- **Cylinder exchanges**: must be able to lift to 50lbs.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Maintaining store cleanliness**: Ensuring the overall cleanliness of the front-end area and potentially other parts of the store.
- **Assisting with deliveries**: Helping unload and organizing incoming merchandise.
- **Providing support for other departments**: Assisting with tasks in other areas of the store as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
