Providing recommendations and comments and completing the review and analysis of technical documents in support of development proposals including functional servicing and stormwater management reports, traffic impact, noise and vibration studies, hydrogeological, and geotechnical investigations.Assisting the Development Engineer in the review of detailed engineering design drawings related to development proposals, such as applications for Draft Plan of Subdivision/Condominium, Site Plan Control, Committee of Adjustment, Site Alteration and Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change Environmental Compliance Approval, for conformance to approved Town of Innisfil Master Plans.Conducting on-site inspections, attending site meetings, and preparing security reductions when required.Assisting in the preparation and administration of various legal agreements in collaboration with other service areas to complete works necessary for development.A University degree in Civil Engineering.A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of significant post-graduate civil engineering design experience. Municipal and/or land development experience is preferable.A valid Class “G” driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to use on corporate business.Availability to attend evening meetings or other events as required.To apply to this position, submit your application online through our applicant tracking system.
