Scopely is looking for a Director of Analytics to join our Marvel Strike Force team within our Midcore division remotely in the United States.What You Will DoLead analytics for Marvel Strike Force, guiding one of the world’s top mobile RPGs played by millions of peopleDefine and execute the analytics strategy that drives smarter decisions, stronger engagement, and greater revenueManage and mentor a talented team of analysts and managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovationStay hands‑on with tools like BigQuery, Python, R, and Looker to uncover insights that shape gameplay, retention, and monetizationDesign and run A/B tests to measure results, validate ideas, and guide product improvementsCollaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to turn data into impactful actionsYour insights will directly influence major player and business outcomes for Marvel Strike ForceYou’ll work with advanced data models and tools in a dynamic live‑service game environmentYou’ll be able to work with vast amounts of large dataWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related field10+ years of analytics experience, with at least 3–5 years leading analytics teams/managersHands‑on expertise with Python, R, SQL (BigQuery), Looker, and statistical inferenceProven success designing and evaluating A/B tests and experimentsStrong ability to balance strategic leadership with individual contributor workDeep knowledge of free‑to‑play gaming metrics in applicationExceptional communication skills; able to write, present, and influence across cross‑functional stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in the mobile or live‑service games industryFamiliarity with in‑game economies, player progression, and monetization modelsExperience with large‑scale data environments and infrastructureDBT KnowledgeScopely is committed to creating a diverse, supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect.
