P familiarity with common KPIs used to measure marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, website, etc. Experience reviewing reports and/or extracting and assessing data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6Sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce is a plus. Working knowledge of Excel, Python, and SQL an asset. Experience partnering with technical teams on data validation, tracking, and reporting infrastructure. Skilled at interpreting data, identifying insights, and translating them into strategic recommendations. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for senior executives. Experience managing teams, balancing project assignments, and fostering talent development. Comfort working cross‑functionally with strategy, media, data, and client service teams.
