Our products enable customers to perform critical scientific measurements that safeguard the environment, food, water, and support Industry 4.0 and the green economy.Job SummaryThe Organic Chemistry Analyst will develop, validate, and perform analytical methods to identify, quantify, and characterize organic compounds in sample matrices. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of industry‑specific quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and non‑routine analyses using techniques such as GC, HPLC, LC‑MS, NMR, IR spectroscopy, Karl Fischer, melting point, and FTIR instrumentation.Develop new analytical methods to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.Follow all company safety practices, policies, and procedures.Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments and troubleshoot technical issues.Work closely with the Laboratory Manager and Quality team to resolve technical customer inquiries or complaints.Update databases and inventory for chemicals and reagents.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.2–5 years of experience as an organic chemist or laboratory professional within a chemical, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.Strong understanding of organic reaction mechanisms and compound behavior.Strong problem‑solving abilities with a methodical and logical approach.Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).Good organizational skills.Detail‑oriented.Seniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionAnalystIndustriesChemical Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
