This position leads the culinary vision and execution of PARKER’S Table, Social, the Listening Lounge, and In‑Room Dining. We seek a creative leader who turns food into storytelling. Key Responsibilities Lead all culinary operations across the four dining venues, ensuring consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction. Design seasonal menus that celebrate premium Canadian ingredients, Asian influence, and Rimrock’s alpine spirit. Oversee daily operations from mise‑en‑place to post‑shift analysis, continuously improving service and efficiency. Inspire, mentor, and develop a high‑performing kitchen team, building future leaders through coaching and development. Achieve financial goals via cost control, inventory management, and forecasting while maintaining elevated standards. Maintain HACCP leadership, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to create immersive, story‑driven dining experiences that reflect Rimrock’s culinary identity. Qualifications Red Seal Certification or equivalent professional culinary training. Minimum 10 years of progressive culinary leadership in fine dining or luxury hotel environments. Expertise in Asian and Canadian‑inspired cuisine with a modern, ingredient‑driven focus. Experience in a 5‑Diamond or Michelin‑recognized restaurant is a strong asset. Strong financial acumen, organizational excellence, and excellent communication skills. International experience preferred. Bonus Skills Proven leadership in 5‑Diamond or Michelin‑rated kitchen environments. Experience designing and implementing HACCP and advanced food‑safety programs. Established farm‑to‑table relationships with local Canadian producers. Expertise in butchery, charcuterie, or house‑made preservation techniques. Experience with advanced Asian culinary techniques such as fermentation, wok, or robata. Sustainability projects (waste reduction, sourcing strategies, energy‑efficient kitchen design). Strong talent development and succession planning focus. A passion for coaching and continuous learning. Who You Are Visionary, confident, and driven by excellence. Work in a hot, noisy, fast‑paced environment for extended hours. Visa Requirements Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist with Canadian work authorization.
