The Senior Contracts Specialist position will be responsible for assisting business owners in Global and North America Medical Affairs with HCP and vendor-related contracting, from planning for contracting through invoicing and GST spend reporting. This position will be responsible for planning, supporting, and tracking HCP and vendor contracts within the Medical Affairs department across all disease areas. This position will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders. What you will be doing: Submit and track Contract Requests Assist in the completion of HCP and vendor agreements and requisitions Submit HCP invoices and track payments Assist in the timely completion of GST reporting and Sub-certification Review Liaise with internal partners to manage contracting, fair market value and global spend reporting Facilitate HCP travel and logistics when needed Ensure compliance with procurement and contracting policies Prepare status reports and develop and maintain process documentation Your profile: BA/BS with 2+ years pharmaceutical company experience Strong project management skills Ability to work well in teams Initiative and the ability to maintain a high level of productivity with minimal supervision Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and activities simultaneously Strong written and oral communication Strong initiative and ability to identify issues and create solutions Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Within3) Provide guidance and support to the business in all contract management related issues and questions What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
