We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as Material Planner in Burlington, ON (On-site). Responsibilities Align supply and inventory with demand forecasts in collaboration with Marketing and Operations. Ensure timely delivery of quality materials to support project and production needs. Support New Product Development (NPDI) by securing materials and managing vendor contracts. Monitor market trends, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost-saving initiatives. Forecast material demand, maintain inventory accuracy, and oversee work orders. Coordinate material flow between teams and vendors while ensuring ERP data integrity. Provide reports and insights to support production planning and project milestones. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement, materials, or supply chain management within a manufacturing or project-based environment. CSCP, SCMP, or APICS certification preferred. Skilled in material planning, inventory control, and ERP systems. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
