About the Role As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Technician, you’ll maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities. This role supports the Engineering and Technical Services function by providing preventive maintenance, repairs, and system optimization. What You’ll Do Inspect and perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on food‑service equipment such as slush, coffee, and other F&B items. Execute assigned repairs, emergency service, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and complementary systems. Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Operate company‑issued vehicles to travel to multiple work sites. What You’ll Need Red Seal HVAC Certification/Journeyman HVAC or a 3rd/4th year HVAC Apprentice with a Gas B Ticket. High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job‑related experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift or carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and perform routine maintenance tasks. Strong communication skills for clear information exchange. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook). Organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
