Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC units as needed.
  • Weld components when necessary to ensure proper system functionality.
  • Plumb new installations or modifications to existing systems as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.

Skills

  • Proficient in building and interpreting schematics for HVAC systems.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience in appliance repair related to HVAC systems is preferred.
  • Ability to weld components effectively for system repairs or installations.
  • Familiarity with plumbing practices as they relate to HVAC installations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
