Responsibilities: Actively assist in the co-ordination of the timely and accurate execution of all Asset Protection initiatives as per Company standards Be a role model to the team and others Protect the assets of the Company Perform covert investigations Foster teamwork and collaboration to meet objectives Develop a rapport with the internal team Conduct audits, support policies and procedures ensuring compliance Monitoring of systems and procedures to detect internal dishonesty Liaison with law enforcement agencies Regularly communicate with associate and management Excellent working knowledge of CCTV equipment Duties are not limited to the above and may be modified as determined by the Asset Protection Manager/Director

Qualifications: Minimum 3 Years Asset Protection experience or related field Must have valid Ontario Security License Completion of recognized Law & Security course an asset Strong communication and leadership skills Must have excellent working knowledge of computers Interviewing/Investigation skills Full flexibility with schedule to work all shifts including weekends and holidays Detail oriented Systems proficiency Knowledge of Inventory process an asset Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal/ civil proceedings
