This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. In addition to traditional serving duties, this position includes hostess responsibilities and supporting guest servers to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming mannerTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyDeliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the mealAssist with hostess duties including managing reservations and guest flowSupport fellow servers and team members during peak service periodsMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areasProcess payments and handle POS transactionsCommunicate effectively with kitchen and management teamsUphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environmentQualifications:Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain composed under pressureProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAvailability for breakfast and lunch shifts, including weekendsMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaLocal candidates preferred; preference will be provided to those who can speak InuktitutWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly wageSupportive team environmentOpportunity to work in one of Nunavut’s leading hospitality venuesTraining and development opportunitiesStaff housing available for eligible full-time employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
