Our Events/ XM agency client is looking for a Production Lead to join their team in a full-time role.

What you'll be doing as the Production Lead in this role: - Planning, budgeting and monitoring the production of creative content (whether it is for shoots, onsite corporate events, XM activities etc). - You will be accountable for the overall financial management and resourcing of programs. - Reporting directly to senior agency leadership, you'll also be responsible for a team of Producers and creatives - Ensuring schedules are adhered to and deliverables are managed within timelines. - Providing onsite production support and onsite team management (for events and set up) - Overseeing the execution of corporate events - Collaborating with creatives, consultants and subject matter experts - Working on creative content for high profile brands and Fortune 500 companies - Responsible for growing resource pool, vetting and hiring (securing for job/negotiating rates/agreeing on budgeted hours) of freelance staff for production teams.

Skills and Experience: - 6+ years' experience as a Production Lead or PM, for creative content or events/ XM. - Experience leading teams to produce creative content in broadcast/ video, marketing, advertising or communications; event production experience is an asset - Experience working on high profile or large corporate clients is an asset
