Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: $15.85 per hour
Number of Job Opening: 2 positions
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Ensure that food serviced and service provided meet Restaurant standards
– Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the restaurant staff
– Ensure that the presentation of menus meet quality standards
– Monitor inventories and estimate and order ingredients and supplies
– Provide regular training for all restaurant staff in food production, sanitation, and safety procedures
– Resolve work related problems
Requirements:
– Completion of high school
– Minimum 2 years of food service experience
– English
