Mississauga, ON. Compensation:

Base salary (Based on experience) + Benefits (after 90 days of probation period). Schedule:

Monday to Friday.

What your typical day at work will be like: Creative Design: Develop original and innovative designs for various projects, including signs, vehicle wraps, printed materials, and more. Versatility: Adapt to different design styles and project requirements, ensuring a high level of creativity and quality in every project. Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver designs that exceed expectations. Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and ideas that push the boundaries of traditional design, keeping our company at the forefront of the industry. Technical Skills: Utilize design software and tools to create detailed and accurate designs, ensuring they are ready for production. Quality Assurance: Review and refine designs to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and align with client expectations. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance your skills and the quality of your work.

What makes you an ideal fit for the role: Experience: Proven experience as a Designer in a creative industry, with a diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of design styles and projects. Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Creativity: Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate unique and compelling designs. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Dedication: A commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
