Compensation: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year + annual bonus

Position Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer/ Copywriter is responsible for creating and maintaining high-converting landing pages for paid search, social, and display campaigns, while supporting email automation with branded templates. This role ensures accurate tracking for performance measurement, adherence to client brand guidelines, and blocking pages from web crawlers. You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to deliver visually compelling designs and persuasive messaging, optimizing conversions, and meeting project deadlines. In addition, this position includes leadership responsibilities, overseeing and approving the work of other designers to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback, guidance, and approval on designs to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with client brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team, contributing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of landing pages, including design, implementation, quality assurance, launch, monitoring, and A/B testing using Unbounce.
  • Condense and refine copy from clients' websites, as well as write original, clear, concise, and engaging messaging for landing pages, ensuring it aligns with brand tone and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the copy on landing pages complements the design, driving user engagement and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices related to landing page design, copywriting, and conversion optimization.
  • Utilize Unbounce, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to create visually compelling landing pages and display media ad graphics.
  • Partner with media specialists, onboarding specialists, and the Technical Marketing Manager to analyze data, establish baseline conversion rates, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to established brand standards and meets project requirements before final approval.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • University Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Copywriting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with A/B testing and landing page creation (preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience with WordPress (preferred).
  • Proficient in Unbounce, Google Analytics, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing best practices and a willingness to advise on effective strategies.
  • A personal portfolio showcasing your polished work free from errors, with examples of both design and copywriting.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and providing feedback on design work.
  • A strong testing and quality control process to ensure all deliverables meet established criteria.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong web copywriting expertise.
  • Familiarity with stock photography and copyright law compliance.
  • An interest in the cosmetic and elective medical procedures industry is a must.
