Job Title: Community Manager Location: Remote Type: Full-Time About the Role Agency (https://www.joinagency.co/) is a growing private online community for high performing agency founders and operators, supported by DTC Media. Members join for trusted peer connection, real conversations, and meaningful collaboration inside a curated space built for scale. We're looking for a thoughtful, people-centered Community Manager to nurture the member experience and help strengthen the relationships, conversations, and programming that make Agency valuable. You'll guide members through onboarding, support ongoing engagement, host community sessions, and play a key role in how Agency feels and functions each day. This role is ideal for someone who's warm, organized, and genuinely energized by supporting founders, building relationships, and helping groups thrive. Your Day-to-Day Member Experience and Engagement Lead the member journey from post-deposit onboarding through to offboarding.Build real connections with members and create a sense of belonging from day one.Actively connect members to each other based on interests, needs, and opportunities.Host orientation calls, check-ins, and small virtual sessions that help members settle in and stay engaged.Watch for participation shifts and reach out to members who may be drifting.Support member communications across announcements, updates, and ongoing touchpoints.Keep a close eye on what members need and bring those insights forward. Community Communication Draft and send weekly digests, key announcements, onboarding messages, and follow ups.Post prompts and updates on Circle that encourage conversation and member-led activity.Prepare light recaps and member spotlights that highlight wins, momentum, and connection.Partner with the Network Coordinator to keep information accurate, timely, and easy to follow. Programming and Events Support the smooth execution and launch of community programming and rituals that create value and momentum.Host or co-host virtual events, roundtables, onboarding sessions, and small gatherings as needed.Help refine programming based on what you observe in member behavior and participation.Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Network Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly. Strategic Support Bring clear insights about member sentiment, group health, and engagement trends to the General Manager.Flag risks early and suggest practical next steps or improvements.Contribute member-based observations that help inform ongoing community direction and decision making.Translate the General Manager’s direction into clear plans and consistent action across touchpoints. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves Experience working with peer groups, masterminds, or membership communities.Strong ability to read people, understand group dynamics, and spot shifts in engagement.Comfort hosting virtual sessions, onboarding calls, or small group meetings.Excellent organization with the ability to manage many moving parts at once.Warm, clear communication skills in both writing and conversation.Ease working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.Ability to build rapport with founders and create supportive, steady spaces.Comfort summarizing engagement insights and preparing basic reporting. Nice-to-Haves Confident using Circle for community management and communication and/or experience with other community management tools.Experience supporting facilitators or working alongside group leaders.Familiarity with agencies or experience building relationships with agency founders.Interest in growing with the team as the community evolves.
