This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate client needs and advocate for the quality of work the agency produces and the requirements for great work (clear objectives, appropriate resources, adequate time, proven processes). Responsibilities Manage the overall health of VP‑ and C‑level client relationships and the profitability associated with a portfolio of assigned accounts. Provide guidance and oversight to account teams on daily project activities. Provide strategic advice and insights while working closely with members of our strategy team. Develop a deep understanding of our clients and their business goals, and identify factors that add value or pose a threat. Act as a champion and mediator, effectively communicating client and internal team perspectives to promote collaborative problem‑solving that can lead to award‑winning results. Report to the Director of Client Experience; lead a team of account managers and collaborate with senior management, strategy, creative, and finance teams. Qualifications 6+ years of digital/media/agency experience or similar, leading digital projects or integrated marketing/advertising firm. Strong media background and deep knowledge of brand/go‑to‑market campaign development and execution processes. Strong people‑management and negotiation skills; ability to prioritize work and resources across projects. Proficiency in project management methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile) and digital marketing tools. Experience working with global B2B and B2C clients is an asset. Digital Media Planner/Buyer We are looking for a full‑time Digital Media Planner/Buyer to join our growing team. You will plan and buy media space for national and local businesses across a variety of industries, ensuring strategic media execution and delivering measurable results. Responsibilities Work with the Senior Programmatic Buyer to develop innovative and strategic digital media plans. Prepare and present programmatic media plans that deliver on client objectives. Setup and launch digital campaigns on Facebook, Google, X, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms (Google DV360, Amazon DSP, TradeDesk). Negotiate media space purchases, manage contracts and insertion orders. Coordinate performance measurement frameworks and optimize ad performance. Present campaign reports and performance insights; recommend improvements. Collaborate with media, client, and creative teams to develop ad material specs and distribution. Support new business development with the Media Director and Client Experience team. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of digital media planning and buying experience with strong knowledge of display and social media advertising. Expertise in the North American digital media landscape, platforms, and trends. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Analytical, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Strong written and oral presentation skills; English required, French is an asset. Media Inside Sales Executive As a Media Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Acart’s revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities across North America. You will leverage industry‑leading tools to prospect, cold call, email, and secure meetings that lead to deal close while maintaining a relentless focus on exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Strategically build a sales territory in North America from scratch, supported by content marketing and other key marketing channels. Drive new business by identifying high‑potential prospects, conducting cold outreach, and securing meetings. Develop and sustain strong client relationships, understanding unique needs and providing tailored advertising solutions. Develop and refine a sales methodology that delivers consistent results and report on key performance indicators. Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction. Stay ahead of industry trends (PPC, social media, programmatic, DSPs, SSPs). Collaborate with account management to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success. Use analytics to interpret sales data and optimize sales strategies. Adapt to a fast‑paced environment with resilience and adaptability. What You Bring 3+ years of inside sales experience in media or related field with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Knowledge of CRM and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Pipedrive). Exceptional cold‑calling, lead‑generation, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive messaging and rapport building. Self‑motivation and a relentless drive to achieve goals. Strong client‑centric focus, understanding of client needs, and delivering solutions. Degree or diploma in marketing, media, or related field; RFP process experience is a plus.
