We are currently seeking a Business Manager to join our team

Working closely with our sales associates and automotive journeyman technicians, the Manager will oversee the overall business operations to ensure the efficient operation of the Business to meet or exceed our customers' expectations while achieving and improving goals set by the company to ensure strong financial performance.

The ideal candidate will:
  1. Have strong planning, analytical and organizational skills with systematic and logical work style.
  2. Deliver focused effort to ensure consistent execution of all directives, processes, and plans.
  3. Spark action and is a consistent catalyst of achievement and motivation to effect change and to improve performance.
  4. Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and utilize effective time management skills.
  5. Align directions, services, performance, actions, and results with long-term customer, staff, and organizational development and success.
  6. Connect people, ideas, and processes in order to deliver planned results.
  7. Engage and enable all staff to grow and succeed through training, coaching, communication, feedback, demonstration, and encouragement.
  8. Create and support self-managed, highly engaged employees.
Responsibilities include:
  1. Manage inventory to ensure high fill rates and minimal obsolescence.
  2. Supervise, motivate, support and develop direct staff to achieve goals.
  3. Review performance and develop training and improvement plans.
  4. Monitor safety and quality standards and develop improvement activities.
  5. Manage and review department budgets to ensure department processes are cost-effective.
  6. Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth in sales.
  7. Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve growth in sales.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services.
Requirements:
  1. Proven and strong management and leadership skills.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Business degree is strongly preferred; however, candidates with equivalent experience in management and leadership roles will also be considered.
  4. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  5. Ability to multitask.
