The CorpEng Program Management team’s mission is to navigate ambiguity, drive critical programs forward, and deliver on shared objectives that enable Hoodies to be productive while being good stewards of Robinhood’s resources.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with the Corporate Engineering Team, Finance System Engineers, and various Finance functions to aid in system maintenance, process/program improvements, as well as small and large-scale system integrations.
What you’ll do- Lead complex programs across cross-functional teams focused on Finance Systems.
- Engage with multiple business partners and manage a portfolio of projects with varied scope and complexity.
- Lead System Implementations and Integrations.
- Manage Risk in a pro-escalation culture.
- A self-starting approach to program management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with various Finance Systems; Oracle, Coupa, Anaplan, etc.
