Product Manager We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, owns outcomes, and has a builder’s mindset. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring products from concept to launch—and beyond. Ready to make an impact? Let’s explore the difference you can make on our team What You’ll Do Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives. Lead initiatives to streamline product development processes and reduce time-to-market while maintaining quality. Define detailed feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Communicate product changes, updates, and release notes clearly to internal stakeholders and the wider company. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams to build and launch features. Define and track KPIs and success metrics; use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions. Gather user feedback, conduct interviews, and synthesize insights to inform product development. Develop and maintain clear, accurate product documentation (e.g., user guides, internal knowledge base articles). Participate in QA processes, including bug reporting, verification, and user acceptance testing. Write product specs, user stories, and communicate requirements clearly. Act as the voice of the user and ensure we’re solving the right problems. Help build and scale product processes that balance speed, quality, and customer impact. What We’re Looking For 4–5 years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced tech environments. Proven experience working closely with or under a Director of Product or Technology; you’ve seen strong leadership in action and know how to operate under it. Strong technical acumen—you can have meaningful conversations with engineers and understand system implications. An individual who is skilled at balancing multiple priorities and making informed trade‑off decisions. Excellent communicator, collaborator, and decision‑maker. Comfortable in ambiguity—you’re proactive, organized, and thrive without rigid structure. Experience using tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Notion, or similar.
