Here’s Where You Come In We’re on the hunt for an IT Superstar. Sure, that’s not the actual title, but that’s what it boils down to. Your entire day will consist of using your considerable IT prowess to save people’s days and bring smiles to ultra‑thankful internal users you’ve helped. Will tears of joy be shed? Possibly. We’re looking for somebody who loves solving IT problems and is amazing at it. In this role, you’ll be one of our new go‑to’s for all types of hardware, installed software, new deployments and user accounts. You’ll also handle first level issues for our web‑based systems, building automation and other various IT odds and ends. We have an extensive internal knowledge base and a highly‑skilled team who will help you get off and running without missing a beat. Sound Good So Far? Here’s What You Will Be Responsible For In This Role… Provide internal IT support to end users, including computer, phone, and mobile devices Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems Manage M365 & Exchange user accounts, groups and licensing Work within the team to provide guidance to our more junior members and elevate to and learn from our more senior members, as applicable Creating Technical Documentation for the IT team as well as How‑To Guides for end users Provide IT Orientation for new employees Assist with the implementation, deployment and operation of information systems and technology solutions Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and cost‑effective acquisition of technology purchases Assist with or manage IT projects Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications & Skills: Post‑secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in IT desk‑side support At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Active Directory and M365 administration. Skilled in creating clear technical documentation and user‑friendly how‑to guides for both IT teams and end users Solid knowledge of Windows domain network functionality. You don’t need to manage it, but you need to have a general understanding of how it all works.
