Assistent Hotel Manager Rotterdam Zuid (30 of 38 uur per week) Je verwelkomt gasten met een glimlach en zorgt voor een warm welkom. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en ons visitekaartje. Je beheert en verwerkt reserveringen via telefoon of e-mail en voert administratieve taken en facturatie uit. Je coördineert en optimaliseert de dagelijkse operatie en grijpt in waar nodig. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende afdelingen binnen het hotel. Je bent operationeel inzetbaar op de volgende afdelingen: ontbijt, Housekeeping en het restaurant. Je hebt een vaste standplaats binnen de Bastion Hotelketen, maar bent flexibel inzetbaar op andere locaties indien nodig. Wij werken met het MEWS-reserveringssysteem. Heb je hier nog geen ervaring mee? Geen probleem Wij bieden uitgebreide training en ondersteuning. Wie ben jij? Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en flexibel inzetbaar van maandag t/m zondag, zowel voor ochtend- als avonddiensten. De ochtenddienst is van 06:00 tot 15:00, en de avonddienst is van 14:30 tot 00:00. Soms werk je een tussendienst om de drukte te overbruggen. Je hebt een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding in Hospitality of relevante werkervaring in de horeca/hotellerie. Je beschikt het liefst over een rijbewijs en een auto. Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden, ook in stressvolle situaties. Je bent ambitieus, gedreven en klaar om je leiderschapsvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
