As a Customer Experience Associate, you will: Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to operating procedures and regulations. Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely. Connect personally with customers to explain banking solutions and processes clearly. Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities. Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence. Job Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. A go‑getter who exercises initiative and is accurate and detail‑oriented in handling several tasks and changing priorities. Dynamic communicator with established customer‑experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
