Thompson Construction Group is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to support our Maintenance Department from our Spruce Grove facility and across work site locations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate fleet service and maintenance records, supporting service and maintenance teams, and ensuring the effective use of maintenance applications and tools. The Asset Management Coordinator works closely with the Fleet Manager, Service Superintendent, and other departments to keep equipment available, safe, and compliant.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update fleet service and maintenance records in B2W MaintainMonitor fleet utilization and update availability reportsEstablish and maintain quality controls, electronic record keeping, and maintenance procedures related to inspections, service, and repairsSupport the Fleet Manager and Service Superintendent in planning and coordinating maintenance activitiesProvision user access and provide desktop and mobile application support for maintenance systemsAssist with the rollout of fleet service and maintenance initiativesEnsure accuracy and organization of documentation to support efficient decision-makingCollaborate effectively with other departments to ensure timely communication and workflowComplete additional duties as assigned by supervisorQualificationsPost-secondary education or High School Diploma with progressive related experience in equipment maintenance or application/desktop supportKnowledge of heavy equipment, machinery, and parts is an assetExperience with B2W Maintain or similar maintenance systems is considered an assetStrong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and mobile/web-based applicationsLogical problem-solving and troubleshooting ability with focus on practical solutionsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance competing prioritiesDetail-oriented self-starter who can adapt to changing environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and management levelsCommitment to accuracy, task completion, and effective teamworkAdditional InformationThe above statements describe the nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
