In this role, you'll: Empower Customers: Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap. Manage Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes. Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers. Provide On‑Site Support (as needed): Offer in‑person support and training to strategic accounts (ability to travel). Provide Feedback: Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team. Collaborate: Work closely with your peers to continuously improve our processes and operations. Requirements Technical Expertise: 1–2 years of experience in software implementations. Customer Focus: Passion for helping others succeed and dedication to customer satisfaction. Proven Success: A strong track record of achievement in previous roles. Unique Talents: Bring your own unique skills and perspectives to the team. Required: Bilingual French proficiency.
