Collaborate with other Regional Trust Advisors to provide coverage and support to Personal Canadian Banking across your designated territory. Promote Royal Trust services to the Personal Canadian Banking segment. Partner with Financial Planners and Investment and Retirement Planning to build awareness of Royal Trust products and solutions. Execute consistent national activities to promote and raise awareness of Royal Trust products and solutions. Deepen customer loyalty by bringing the full power of RBC to them. Ensure all RBC policies are adhered to in your interactions and employ due diligence in all activities. Partner successfully with internal and external clients and endeavor to meet and exceed key sales objectives. What do you need to succeed? Must‑have University degree and completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the financial services industry and general knowledge of estate and trust related administration. A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, including funnel management, tools, and tracking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel within designated region. Nice‑to‑have Financial Planner diploma granted by the IQPF. TEP designation. Previous experience in the Estate and Trust field. Experience within the legal field. What’s in it for you?
