Role: Senior Integration Engineer Requirements: Strong experience with integration platforms like ScopeRetail Fusion, Apache Camel, MuleSoft, WSO2, or similar. Hands-on experience with Apache Camel or Camel K (Fusion is built on Camel). Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and event-driven architecture. Proficiency in containerized deployments and Kubernetes concepts (Pods, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets). Familiarity with Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and configure the Fusion platform on GKE using Helm charts or Kubernetes manifests. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of Fusion services. Integration Support: Assist application teams in building and deploying integration flows using Fusion. Offer mentorship on Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and standard methodologies. Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for Fusion components. Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with DevOps, GitOps, and Cloud Infra teams for CI/CD and GitOps-based deployments. Partner with business and application teams to build integration solutions. Good-to-Have Skills: Exposure to GKE/Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures. Experience with GitOps tools (Flux/ArgoCD) and Gitlab CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of API Gateways (Tyk, Kong, Apigee) for integration exposure. Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, and similar messaging systems. Understanding of retail domain integrations (ERP, OMS, POS).
