Skills Required:

  1. Monitor Azure applications for any operational issues or discrepancies.
  2. Work with the development team to troubleshoot and fix application issues and ensure optimal performance.
  3. Handle incident and problem management tasks related to Azure applications.
  4. Assist in Azure application upgrades and patches.
  5. Provide technical support to users, answering queries and resolving system-related problems.
  6. Collaborate with system engineers to ensure seamless application integration.
  7. Analyze application performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Azure application configurations and procedures.
  9. Perform backup, file replications, and script management for Azure applications.
  10. Help in implementing security measures and protocols to protect data in the Azure environment.
