This position combines instructional responsibilities, service, research, and student mentorship, with a strong emphasis on creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching and facilitating counselling psychology theory and skills courseFostering student success through ongoing support and coachingManaging discussion forums and learning activities through the Brightspace platformTimely marking and feedback for all student assessmentsRespond to student inquiries and concernsCoordinate with Practicum Supervisors to complete Formative and Summative evaluationsFacilitate online synchronous activities related to the curriculumPerform administrative tasks related to the courseSupport strategic program growth and ensure ongoing self-development in the fieldSkills, Experience and CompetenciesA doctoral degree in psychology or a counselling related fieldMinimum of 5 years work experience in counselling, psychology, psychotherapy, or related fieldCanadian facultyActive clinical practice registration/certification/license with an appropriate professional regulatory body or association in your province/jurisdiction (in adherence to relevant provincial regulatory laws)Teaching experience at graduate level is a strong assetExperience using Brightspace online delivery platform is a strong assetExceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal #J-18808-Ljbffr
