We work with disruptive brands, big budgets, and make crazy ideas come to life Our model is built upon the core values of Alignment and Transparency, which means that, unlike traditional agencies that win by charging huge retainers, Pilothouse wins by delivering huge results.Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a Brand Content Manager to lead strategic content development, organic social growth, and brand marketing initiatives that fuel engagement, drive leads, and strengthen Pilothouse’s position as a leader in DTC and ecommerce.Requirements5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or editorial content (agency, freelance, or in-house).Proven success developing and executing organic social media strategies (LinkedIn + Instagram).2–3+ years creating social content with measurable engagement growth.Strong track record in copywriting and brand storytelling across blogs, websites, and social channels.Proficiency in Figma and Webflow (no coding required).Analytical experience with tools such as Google Analytics to track performance and refine strategy.Familiarity with CRM-integrated content distribution (e.g., Pipedrive).Bonus: Experience with podcasts, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Amazon Ads, or CRO tools.Essential QualitiesStrategic & Creative – Can connect Pilothouse’s business objectives to engaging, performance-driven content.Hands-On Builder – Executes high-volume content with agility while maintaining quality and brand voice.Analytical – Uses data insights to refine strategies, improve lead quality, and grow engagement.Collaborative – Partners with design, sales, and strategy teams to create impactful assets.Proactive & Independent – Self-starter who thrives on ownership and driving initiatives forward.Detail-Oriented – Sharp eye for brand alignment, creative direction, and content accuracy.The Day-to-DayContent Strategy & Execution – Own the full content pipeline from ideation → production → publishing across website, blogs, case studies, social, and podcasts.Organic Social Management – Independently manage LinkedIn and Instagram content strategy, daily posting, platform optimization, and engagement growth.Creative Oversight – Collaborate with design and strategy teams to develop branded assets, client testimonials, and event content.Content Calendar & Project Management – Manage and deliver on a high-volume content calendar with a 95%+ on-time delivery target.Performance Tracking – Produce engagement reports, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategy to boost inbound lead quality and social engagement.Email Marketing – Own Pilothouse’s monthly newsletter, including segmentation and light campaign execution.Copywriting – Write SEO-optimized blogs, website content, social captions, and case studies that showcase results.Portfolio Development – Publish at least 2 client case studies or testimonials per month to highlight measurable results and support sales initiatives.About the PositionThis role is both strategic and creative, shaping how Pilothouse shows up across all platforms.
