The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for increasing sales and distribution within their assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager has a strong history of successful sales management, possesses innate leadership qualities, excels in maintaining client and vendor relationships, and has a real passion for sharing the benefits our products offer.

You must be based in Toronto

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Establish pricing strategies and competitive positioning in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on regional sales performance to senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the region in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to the Commercial Furniture sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
