The Service Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.What you bring:A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and client’s services.Post-secondary education.Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Familiarity with DocuSign, and Salesforce is a plus.Strong analytical, administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Self-motivated with a positive attitude.Proven ability to collaborate well in a team environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.What you will do:Accurately process daily mutual fund, stock, and bond trades.Prepare paperwork for investment purchases, redemptions, switches, and in-kind transfers.Manage and maintain filing systems.Update and maintain non financial requests.Liaise with Assante back office on transfers, administration issues, and maintenance tasks.Assist with coordinating digital marketing.Be the first point of contact for new National Account clients and triage with the appropriate CI Assante resources.CI Financial is an independent company offering global wealth management and asset management advisory services through diverse financial services firms.
