Key Responsibilities As part of our forward‑thinking team you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality geospatial analysis and visualizations that support transportation planning initiatives. Your day‑to‑day will include: Creating and managing spatial datasets, maps, and cartographic products tailored to client needs Conducting spatial and network analysis (e.g., walkshed shortest path modeling) Supporting transportation master plans, parking studies, and environmental assessments Preparing compelling visuals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Participating in client and public meetings to share insights and gather feedback Automating workflows and building models to streamline GIS processes Collaborating across teams to support land use and mobility planning projects What You Bring Reporting, we’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for problem‑solving and storytelling through data. The ideal candidate will have: 3 years of GIS experience in transportation planning or geomatics A degree in urban planning, engineering, geography, or a related field Proficiency with Esri tools (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro) and spatial analysis techniques Experience in consulting or working with public sector clients (a plus) Programming/scripting skills in Python, R, or SQL Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines A valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle Ready to Make an Impact?
