Vacancy: Existing Vacancy – BackfillPosting Date: October 20, 2025Closing Date: November 9, 2025 About the Role The Associate, Fundraising Granting role will report directly to the Director, Finance. The incumbent will utilize problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to help deliver on a portfolio of donor‑funded projects and initiatives. This involves emphasis on grant design, planning, implementation and coordination surrounding the ideation and delivery of these projects in partnership with both internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing complex issues related to funding allocation Create and manage Funds, commitments, and other reporting requirements related to the Funds Monitor grant projects to ensure effective and efficient execution Evaluate and improve workflows, develop project plans/schedules, SOPs, tools and templates Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive approach to measure and report to donors the financial impact of donations Work creatively and analytically demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence Identify complex issues and risks in real time, ideate options for resolution and make informed recommendations for appropriate action and sustainable solutions Exercise sound judgment to elevate issues and concerns proactively Develop progress reports, briefing materials and other resources tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, including project teams, senior leadership and key external partners Conduct and synthesize environmental scans for relevant and material trends, information and data that apply to the continuous improvement of granting programs/processes and fund management Build and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Qualifications 3+ years of demonstrated success in fundraising and philanthropy is mandatory, complemented by experience in healthcare and or higher education Adept at working autonomously while driving innovative process improvements and change management initiatives Proven ability to develop and implement procedures that enhance operational efficiency Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Visio Strong business communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and excellent facilitation abilities Skilled in partnering with diverse stakeholders within complex governance structures and navigating issues with diplomacy and tact Additional Information At PMCF, we foster a culture built on Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (CARE).
