This individual will be based in the Greater London Area, with a dual focus on :Local Estimating & Sales serving residential and commercial clients in the greater London region.National Accounts & Business Development supporting the growth of major accounts across Canada.The successful candidate will also provide support to our Hamilton, ON team, including regular collaboration and travel for initial and ongoing training. This role combines technical estimating expertise with proactive sales abilities, including lead generation and cold calling, to drive both new and repeat business.Estimating and Project SupportPrepare accurate and timely project estimates for residential and commercial window film installationsConduct site visits, measure specifications, and prepare detailed proposalsCollaborate with installers and project managers to ensure accurate executionReview architectural drawings and specifications to develop estimatesSales and Client DevelopmentGenerate new business through lead generation, prospecting, and cold calls to homeowners, contractors, and businessesDrive sales in the Greater London Area for residential and commercial clientsLead business development initiatives to grow national accountsBuild strong client relationships by providing consultative sales and tailored solutionsRepresent the business at trade shows, networking events, and with architectural / design firmsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close businessGraphics and Architectural Film FocusPromote and sell both graphic film (branding, signage, decorative solutions) and architectural film (solar control, safety / security, privacy)Provide technical knowledge and recommendations to clients, architects, and facility managersIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling within existing accountsNational Accounts & Team SupportManage and grow relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, and design firmsCollaborate closely with the London team to ensure consistent service deliveryAttend training sessions and regular check‑ins at the London officeSupport broader business goals by contributing to cross‑regional initiativesQualificationsProven experience in sales and estimating, preferably in window film, glass, glazing, construction, or related industriesDemonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and cold callingFamiliarity with architectural film products and applications considered a strong assetStrong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and plansExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf‑motivated with the ability to manage local and national sales pipelinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareValid drivers license and ability to travel within the Greater LondonWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commissionOpportunities to lead and grow national accountsComprehensive training at our London office on film products and installationSupportive team environment with growth potentialAccess to vehicle or car allowance for local travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
