What’s yours?Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making processes. This position requires strong technical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to stakeholders.What you’ll doBudget & forecastingSupport the annual planning, quarterly forecasting & strategic long-term planning processes for the business.Track performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and trends.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Financial analysis & reportingPartner with accounting on Month end close for P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow.Develop regular dashboards and performance insights into leadership and commercial team tracking key metrics.Conduct variance analysis on actual vs. budget/forecast/prior year results.Support & provide ZBB visibility, including leading growth & efficiency projects.Support monthly performance & annual business reviews with functional leaders and executive team.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports.Data management & modelingDevelop and deploy dynamic tools and frameworks with sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.Extract, consolidate & analyze large datasets from the ERP & BI systems.Cross-functional collaboration & management supportWork closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Finance teams to provide insights and visibility on business health.Process improvementIdentify & implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting & analysis.Support automation of modelling & reports with the broader commercial team.Who you areBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA a plus).2-5 years in finance-related roles, preferably in FP&A, corporate finance or similar analytical role.Advanced analytical skills with mastery in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Detail & results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.What's in it for you?Annual base salary range: 69,000.00 - 80,000.00 CAD.Bonus target range: 10%.A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth.Time off with pay.Wellness programs and product discounts.Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
