About the Role Location: 8180 11 St SE #100, Calgary, AB T2H 3B5 Position: Sr. Sales Associate – Full‑time Responsibilities You’ll act as an ambassador of our brand, ensuring every customer feels like a guest in our home. You’ll give a positive first impression, find the items they need, and suggest additional items to help build their dream space. You’ll help customers check out, process their payment, and assist with returns/exchanges as necessary. You’ll be a point of contact for customers, helping with inquiries and relaying comments to the management team. You’ll work with the team to keep the storefront clean, organized, and visually appealing, including handling return/go-back items. As a key holder, you’ll be responsible for opening the store at the start of the day and closing at the end. Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of experience in a retail sales environment; educational background may be considered. High school diploma. Post‑secondary experience in sales and retail customer service is an asset. Proficiency in retail operations and systems (Point of Sale, Microsoft Office) and a basic understanding of inventory management and product flow. A high standard of quality in customer service, performance, accuracy, and sales goals. The ability to self‑motivate, organize, and be persuasive in communication.
