Work under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident care. Key Responsibilities Work within full scope of practice and provide resident‑focused care. Observe residents for any changes in status and share observations for care plan updates. Assist and accompany residents in moving around the community and participate in functions. Report any unsafe activities that may cause harm or injury to residents. Qualifications Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide certificate course and registration in the Health Care Aide Directory. Fluency in English, both orally and in writing. Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills. Strong planning, follow‑up, time‑management & organizational skills. Ability to multi‑task and remain flexible within a demanding environment. Demonstrates AgeCare values and an empathetic attitude and approach in working with others.
