Do you enjoy helping the elderly in their day to day activities? Do you go above and beyond to make sure your clients’ needs are well taken care of?

**We are looking for on-call caregivers who**:

- Know how to empathize
- Are patient and flexible
- Are passionate about what he or she does
- Are committed and dependable
- Has a sense of humour
- Honest and trustworthy

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of HCA certification program.
- Alberta Health Care Aide directory number.
- Valid first aid/CPR
- Current vulnerable sector check
- TB test and immunizations up to dateExperienced working with the elderly: specifically, Alzheimer’s/dementia clients
- Two glowing employer references
- Reliable vehicle & a valid class 5 driver’s license with work related insurance is an asset.
- Strong command of English language - both written and verbal. Ability to communicate in other languages is an asset.

**Duties: (including but not limited to)**
- Personal care
- Light housekeeping
- Meal prep
- Grocery shopping
- Escort client to medical appointments and more

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $18.75 per hour
