As a member of our Player Experience and Community team, you will engage players through compelling content and meaningful community interactions. You will support our studio business and marketing objectives by creating and delivering high-quality video and multimedia assets, engaging directly with our players across digital platforms. You will represent Haven and its games in a player-facing role. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, the Marketing and Live Operations teams, and our partners at PlayStation to drive livestreams, developer updates, and behind-the-scenes features that foster a vibrant, engaged, and inclusive community. Spotting content trends and understanding rapid shifts and innovations in the digital content landscape comes naturally to you. You are a confident communicator, a creative storyteller, and a data-informed, resourceful content producer who brings positive energy and enthusiasm to every interaction.ReportingThe Community Content Manager will report to the Senior Community & Influencer Manager. Responsibilities and Duties In collaboration with the Senior Community & Influencer Manager, refine and support the execution of a holistic player engagement strategy across our digital media channels. Maintain a dialogue with our players, actively participating in discussions in ways that reflect our studio values of kindness, adaptability and courage that make space for creative excellence. Lead the creation of dynamic content including livestreams, developer updates, behind-the-scenes features, and community spotlights to foster engagement across video platforms and social media. Host and produce video content for a wide variety of digital platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok, acting as a public-facing representative of our games and studio in a manner that is engaging, enthusiastic, and aligned with our brand voice. Collaborate closely with creative teams to script, capture, edit, and publish high-quality video and multimedia assets tailored to community interests and marketing goals. Contribute to the Player Experience KPIs focused on engagement and retention, continuously optimizing content performance, and reporting on these insights regularly. Your Qualifications Demonstrated experience in digital content creation, including live streams, and hosting to create engaging video content. You\'re comfortable filming, editing, and publishing across platforms like YouTube, Twitch or TikTok - even without a full production crew. Experience building and engaging with an audience across multiple platforms, regions, and audiences. You’re creative led and data-informed. Strong familiarity with content metrics and leveraging data to inform and refine content performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong passion for multiplayer games.
